 In-Line Wet Temper Fluids

Diluted in water and applied to in-line temper mill rolls to remove solid contaminants from the roll and strip surface. It has excellent detergency to remove solids and improve performance. The fluid is compatible with galvanized steel surfaces and extends the roll life with reduced roll changes for dirt/zinc pickup. It is compatible with most typical rust preventive oils such as FERROCOTE® 61A US and FERROCOTE® EGL-1 for maximum performance.

Wet Temper Fluids
Diluted in water and used on temper mill rolls as a solution to remove iron, carbon and other contaminants from the roll and strip surface. This fluid improves strip quality by lessening roll in dirt defects, provides for superior detergency and features effective corrosion packaging for trapped water corrosion prevention.

High Extension Wet Temper Fluids
Provides lubrication for high-extension temper mill products. It is compatible with most typical rust preventive oils like FERROCOTE® 61A US and FERROCOTE® EGL-1 and features an effective nitrite-free corrosion package for trapped water corrosion prevention, synthetic ester lubrication package for high extensions or difficult grades of steel and excellent detergency to remove contaminates. This product is designed for a once-through direct application to mill rolls.
